PACKAGING 

At SH we refuse to use single-use plastic and instead opt for 100% zero-waste packaging materials. We proudly ship all our products in cardboard boxes, along with paper fillings, and paper tapes/stickers that are completely biodegradable. We avoid using any plastic tapes, labels, stickers, bubble wraps, and other plastic-based materials. I am committed to reducing our environmental impact and promoting sustainable practices in all aspects of our business.

The lead time is 2-3 working days. We will prepare your order and send it with your chosen shipping method.​

• Waiting for an order to be delivered? If this is more than 5 working days since placing your order, please contact us here.

• Once your order is processed for despatch you will receive an email with your tracking number and you can then choose to receive email or text notifications for order status updates as well as make changes to the delivery. 

• Please allow an additional working day for delivery to Highlands, Islands and Northern Ireland. Next Working Day and Standard Plus delivery are not available to these areas.
